  A peace bunting is a decorative string of small flags, pennants, or fabric pieces featuring peace symbols, messages of harmony, or anti-war designs. Our Peace Bunting Project, which began 2 months ago, will continue into the Fall. Come join us this evening as we use markers, watercolor and other mediums to decorate our buntings, or small flags, with our each individual notion of peace. Peace means different things to different people, come share your ideas! We will have samples for inspiration

 These days it seems as if there's more that divides us then unites us. We can hope, & work for a way to come together , to honor peace in our lives in our community, and in ourselves.  International Peace Day is Monday, September 21. Come join us for readings, music,  & a unique informal Peace Circle  & Candlelighting. As we seek to work for uniting that which divides us as a nation and as a community

 Come learn the basics of beading protest jewelry with an area bead artist! No experience is necessary as we navigate the use of gemstones, learning about tools and resources along the way. This is a simple, Workshop, meant for beginners. A more advanced technique will be demonstrated for parties interested in continuing to develop new skills, and have some fun! Come join us at our regular monthly meeting! No experience necessary! Listen to our discussions about  projects, past and future, and ishare your ideas going forward if you so choose. This meeting is for all members of our community, artist or otherwise.

Need a new sign to take to the upcoming No Kings  rally? Or is the old one starting to look a little bit faded and ragged around the edges?! No worries! We can help you out by doing a bit of repair , or sign creation at our Sign Making Workshops. , You  don't need to bring a thing but your smile., but feel free to bring any art supplies or pictures you want . Now offered conveniently with day and evening  sessions. Come to one or both! The choice is yours.
